We need to restore our ability to push corporate management to deal with social and environmental issues.
The House of Representatives and Senate will soon be voting on restoring this key tool to hold corporations accountable-- the shareholder resolution process. This includes the ability of investors, small and large, to file resolutions with Corporate America on issues like the climate crisis, human rights, worker rights, gender and minority pay disparity, corporate political influence, and more.
Urge your Senators and Representative to vote YES on S.J. Res. 16 and H.J. Res. 36 to promote the corporate accountability needed for the well-being of the economy, communities, and the environment.
